In 1999, 12 independent ILEC’s in Idaho created Syringa Networks to link each ILEC together to increase purchasing power and build a robust Fiber Optic Carrier Ethernet Ring.
In 1999, CTC Telecom was created as a CLEC to deploy FTTH in Hidden Springs and neighboring Boise developments.
In 2012, InCom was created as a business-to-business arm of CTC Telecom to provide Hosted IP, SIP, IP & Ethernet services to businesses across the Treasure Valley as a CLEC carrier voice/Ethernet service provider.
Today, both InCom and CTC Telecom remain at the forefront of technology to deliver excellence in communication systems and customer service.
